He handles the day-to-day operations for Sable Development's portfolio of residential community and commercial development properties across Dallas / Fort Worth, representing over 5,000 single-family homesites, and manages a 3-person team of real estate professionals. He guides all aspects of sales strategy and process management, product development, market research and sourcing, and strategic marketing and business planning.

 

With Kim Gill at the helm, Sable Development has turned successful deals into thriving communities for investors and customers alike in Dallas & Fort Worth, Texas.

 

In addition, Kim has expertise across multiple markets and a broad range of deal structures including asset management, deal acquisition and project development.
